Custom cabinetry usually takes the longest to arrive. We order it as soon as the design is final, so it lands when the room is ready.
Do You Need a Permit?
Moving or adding plumbing, electrical circuits, gas lines or walls requires a permit in every city we serve. Replacing cabinets and countertops in the same place may not, depending on the city. We tell you what your project needs, pull the permits and schedule every inspection. In condos, the association also needs to approve the work.

Can I convert my tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes, in most homes and many condos. A curbless shower needs the floor recessed, which isn't always possible on a condo slab. We'll tell you what your space allows.

Yes, if you move or add plumbing, electrical, gas or walls. Same-location cabinet and countertop replacements may not need one, depending on the city.
Can I use my kitchen during the remodel?
Not during construction. We can help you set up a temporary kitchen area elsewhere in the home.
